In response to Tim's classified add, I felt this was more worthy of a public service announcement than a private email. Do not buy second hand Z1 58mm throttle bodies; cast, CNC, red, white, blue... because if you get defective ones, like I did, Z1 won't do anything for you, even if they've new have have never been installed. There is, in my opinion, a manufacturing defect with these parts which doesn't allow the butterfly valves to close properly. They valves can also stick in the closed position. I am not the only one on this forum who has had this or similar issues, not to mention I've personally inspected more than one set with the defect. My second recommendation is if you do purchase them new, thoroughly inspect them upon receipt for smooth operation. Do not put them aside until it's time for installation. If they fail to operate properly, send them back right away until you get a good set.
